Our Human Resource Strategy

At Beresford Kane, we select from the best. To do so we have developed a strategy using a specialist who recruits for the recruitment industry. Our preferred supplier has been fully briefed on our open and relaxed culture, methodology and growth aspirations.

Our selection process for new team members includes a full criteria then competency based interview, behavioural psychometric test and the requirement for satisfactory references.
All higher education or technical/functional qualifications are checked.

New employees have a full induction program and from the outset, will have job descriptions, a career and training history file, a personal development plan and regular appraisals.
A full assessment of training requirements is carried out at this point and a training program designed to meet their needs. All employees are trained to use our IT system and specifically our specialist Executive Search software.
